All products sold by Back to Basics Chiropractic are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped via Australia Post or an Australian Courier and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery. For shipping damage, customers should file a claim to Australia Post or the relevant courier company immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Back to Basics Chiropractic within 24 hours via phone on 02 9588 7000 or [email protected]. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Back to Basics Chiropractic acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. International / Non-Australian Orders

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped via Australia Post and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery. All sales are final. Where you have ordered the incorrect product, or changed your mind about your order, a refund or replacement will not be available. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if you have received an incorrect or damaged/defective item, or if a component of your order is missing. Such issues should be reported to Back to Basics within 24 hours of your order’s arrival.
