How is the positioning body wedge beneficial?
The Positioning Body Wedge support stabilises the body in order to prevent rolling onto the stomach or back. It offers 40 degrees, 20 degrees, and 15 degrees options of support. This support also reduces sacral pressure which assists in the prevention of pressure sores and will help promote the healing of existing sores. This posture support can also be placed under the thighs to encourage pelvic tilt. This is a more secure, stable and comfortable option than a pillow.
